I dropped off 15 shirts and 2 ties to be cleaned at Flair Cleaners on 4/8/11. My clothes were cleaned and picked up the same day. After going thru my clothes and wearing two of my shirts I noticed that all of my collars all were smaller than before. I have tried on all of my shirts and I am unable to button them up fully. I have large holes in 3 of my shirts and the sleeves are flaking. I called to have these issues addressed and the manager mentioned that my clothes were damaged prior to me bring them there. I asked that he provide proof and he advised me that he had none and it was my word against his. I let him know that 3 of my shirts were new and I had no issues with my clothing prior to then. He then got very loud and refused to offer any type of reimbursement or to address my concern. I now have 15 collared dress shirts that cost between $50-$75 each that I can no longer wear becuase they are burned and the collar is too small. The management of the business was very unprofessional and I am not subject to shopping for new shirts because of this unprofessional cleaning service. This has caused great embarassment and negative feedback from my peers and executive director as my appearance is a large portion of my appearance.

I had the worst customer service here than Ive had at any other business. My husband was using this service and he would either get same day service or at least next day service(This was our 3rd time using the service). Yesterday 07/27/11, I dropped his clothes off and the lady just snatched them from me, handed me a ticket, and told me to have a nice day. I came later that evening for them to tell me they werent ready and if I wanted my clothes back right then and there then I would have to go in back and look for them. She told me they would most likely be ready the next day(7/28/11). So I went Thursday morning(7/28/11) to pick them up and the lady AND the owner had the nastiest attitude! She yelled at me."SHE TOLD YOU YESTERDAY IT WASNT GOING TO BE READY UNITL FRIDAY!" I told them to just give me back my clothes whether they were clean or not. She got my clothes and THREW them that at me. While the owner is just standing there saying,"You have to let us know when you want your clothes back." I sure gave them an earful! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE RUDE AND THIS WOULD HAVE THE THIRD TIME THEY DIDNT GET THE STAINS OUT

The counter person here just ignored me and put in a new pair of dress slacks to be laundered instead of dry cleaned TWICE. The collar buttons were crushed when I got my shirts back and the management refused to take responsibility for them but offered to fix them at $1 per button. When I gave in because I needed the shirts back, they replaced white pearl buttons with brown ones. These folks are rude and clueless.

Have not given this cleaner a try. I read the previous reviews and would never want to experience any of that rediculiousness and poor service they described.
