I first want to start by saying that I have been going to this cleaner for at least 6 months with no incident but know that I will never go back again after my experience today. I took my nicest white dress shirt in with a small spot on the cuff of the shirt and asked them to treat it. The lady let me know it would be more but I said no problem. When I went in to pick it up, the spot of the cuff was gone but they had stained the same cuff with a worse (and larger) stain a few inches away from the original stain. Only after pressing her (and her trying to wipe it off with a damp rag in front of me) did she agree to redo it. After going back a second time to pick up the same shirt, I pointed out the same spot where the stain was and it was less noticeable but still there. She then replied to me that the stain on my WHITE shirt was... "not THAT noticeable". This to me defeated the point of taking my clothes to the dry cleaner so I have moved on to a new establishment.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a dry cleaning service. I had to get some clothes cleaned for an event, and when I dropped them off the woman at the counter said it would be ready the next day at noon. It was not ready at the time that they said it would be, and they were very unapologetic. They also accused me of not being able to read my ticket. This establishment has no regard for customer service. I will never return to this location.

I have used them on a weekly basis for some time now. They are quite friendly and I have had no problems.
