Customer Service experience was great. However I didnt look at my coat until I got home . Hairs weaved through wool coat and red lint on coat under the arms. The coat was black. The collar still had lint balls on it . I was totally disappointed! First time there and LAST. $23.00 paid . I did have sewing done and that was great on it, over a week to get back!
