Once again Ive been very disappointed in this business. Previously I had an issue regarding a suit that I had brought in to have dry cleaned. They literally pressed new creases in it and the front lapels were literally creased at completely different locations. Extremely poor workmanship and obviously their quality control is nonexistent. After receiving a call from the owner Jay, receiving a $25 credit and being requested to take the prior poor feedback down I did so. What a mistake! This time they said they needed two weeks to press 2 6 curtains. They seemed like a long time but I day after they committed to having them done we went to pick them up. Of course they were not finished at that time. And zero reason or apology for not having them done, just simply "they are not done". And when I went to pick them up 3 days later the response was "well though we were late we had them the same night that you last came in", which made no sense whatsoever. They basically said it was great that they had them for us late?!! They have a flippant and non caring attitude and zero customer service. It doesnt matter how much of a credit they offer me now I will never return to this Dry cleaner.
