DO NOT DO ANY DRESS ALTERATIONS with them! I took my bridesmaid dress to be altered. It needed to be hemmed and the chest area closed up a bit. When I picked it up the top of my dress and tried it on, the chest fit was horrendous and the fall of the dress was completely bunched up. Their excuse was the cloth became "loose" after they dry cleaned it. Now I have to buy a new dress, as the first one is no longer wearable! What amazed me the most was THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MONTHS!! For them it was more important to loose a customer rather than giving an $80 refund. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THEM AGAIN.

I have bee a loyal customer of Kleen Sweep since 2003. My clothes have always looked exceptional when I pick them up after being dry cleaned. I commute an hour to utilize their services because of their attention to detail, quality and customer service. They are the experts in my opinion when it comes to alterations. I have made many purchases over the years of suites, dress pants and blazers that needed alteration to fit my frame. I found every alteration they did to be spot on and I still get complements regarding how well my professional wardrobe looks because of their fine work. I highly recommend them for dry cleaning and alterations.

Treated rudely, even after being overcharged. I dropped off 4 items ... one for dry cleaning and 3 that were to be simply laundered. 1 of the 3 laundry items were suggested for hand pressing by the lady who took my order. Upon pickup, the owner ... a very unfriendly fellow ... charged me for hand pressing on all the items ... which increased the bill ... instead of $14, it was $22. Even after explaining that she and I had agreed upon the order, he had no interest in a fair billing price and remained extremely rude and argumentative. I wont be taking more business to a place with such terrible customer service attitudes.
