Ive used 5-6 dry cleaners in Atlanta throughout the years, and Fabricare blows them all out of the water! The quality of their work is unmatched, but what really sets them apart is their phenomenal customer service. I live in a condominium where I leave my dry cleaning with the concierge in the AM. By the next day, it’s delivered to my house. I don’t even have to leave, which is fantastic. But the best part is their extra service they provide. I had a stain on a pair of pants I was dropping off one time. I dropped off the my dry cleaning but then remembered I didn’t provide any special instructions. So, I emailed them with my special request. Within minutes I received an email back acknowledging my concern, and sure enough when I got my dry cleaning back, the stain was gone. These folks are the best. I’ve been telling all my neighbors to use them all the time. .

Extremely rude owner on 1/19. Came here on 1/12 to pick up some dry cleaning. The computer printed out a $10 off coupon. Person at the register told me to bring the coupon when I pick up the dry cleaning so I can use next time. When I picked up the dry cleaning on 1/19; the owner said I couldnt use it and the coupon had to be surrendered when the dry cleaning was dropped off. Fine so I cant use it. So I said okay forget about it then. Then the person started on a 2 minute rant about why I cant use the coupon and started speaking in another language to another worker. Extremely rude. Also, the prices suck. Brought 3 jackets, all identical but different colors. One was 6.35. Another was 7.35. And another was 6.35. Not consistent. There are better dry cleaners in the area.

Best service ever! This place is fast, friendly, and affordable. Everytime I go there, I have a pleasant experience and my clothes are always dry cleaned to perfection. They even run a pickup and delivery service for NO additional charge!! Ive been using their service for 10 years and refuse to take my clothes anywhere else. Theres a good reason why they were nominated for and won Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce Awards...because they offer a good service, at good rates, in a timely manner. Really cant beat it.

Immaculate clothes and pressing. I never have had such consistently good cleaning. No smell when I take the clothes home because they use some kind of non chemical agent.I think they must be the best dry cleaners in Atlanta, and their prices are nowhere as expensive as some of the fancy cleaning places.

I love these guys! I passed many other dry cleaners to get to them in Dunwoody, then they added pickup service. Talk about a no brainer. I leave my bag out, and a few days later, my perfectly laundered clothes are back ready for reuse. You really cant go wrong with Fabricare!

Been going to Jet Ferry Cleaners for over 15 years. The quality of service, personnel, and care of garments has exceeded expectations. The fact that they are environmentally conscious and prices fairly makes them an excellent value.
