Awful, terrible service at every step of the process. Rude to customers, judgmental about the style of clothing items, and unapologetic about deadlines that they have missed (by more than a week). They refused to do a simple alteration that I wanted, saying it was not necessary and acting like I was crazy. So I left the dress to be cleaned, with a pick-up day of one week. One week later, I called to see about picking it up and they were extremely rude and seemed to have no idea what item I was talking about, even after providing the ticket number. I was told to call back in 5 days, and when I did, it was the same thing - no clue and rude. Then I was told I could finally pick up my item in another 3 days, AFTER the event I needed it for… MY WEDDING. A simple cleaning takes more than two weeks? If they were too busy to meet a deadline I was very clear about, I feel that they should have been truthful about not being able to accommodate my request! (In case youre curious, I finally got the dress 48 hours before the wedding and took it to another shop that was able to accomodate my needs.) I will never go here again, which is a shame since they are a small Mom n Pop shop and I would love to support that, but the terrible experience and rudeness is not worth it. I saw all the great reviews on here (should have looked at Yelp!) and expected decent service.

Perfect Stitches was WONDERFUL to work with when I needed my wedding dress cleaned a few weeks ago. I brought them my gown, an antique coat w/ a fur collar, another antique fur shawl, and a party dress that all needed various things done. Sia made sure to take the collar off the coat before cleaning it, and they even let me take my coat and party dress early before I paid for anything! To top it all off, I got a phenomenal deal -- $65 for EVERYTHING, including the wedding dress! I had called around to several other dry cleaners, and their pricing ranged from $70 (cheapest) to over $200 just for CLEANING! I highly recommend this family-owned business to anyone seeking an efficiently run, customer-oriented operation. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful treatment I received here.

Ive used Perfect Stitches for 2 dress alterations. One was a silk chiffon bridesmaids dress that needed to be taken in and another was a shift dress that was just too boxy. They did a great job on both. Shes quick to measure for alterations but she seems to really know what shes doing. They can turn things around pretty quickly if youre in a pinch and more importantly, their prices are totally reasonable. I think I paid $15 or so for the bridesmaid dress alteration (really good price as bridesmaid dresses can get really expensive!) and $8 for the shift dress. I was pleased with both jobs and Sia and Tim who run it are very kind. I recommend Perfect Stitches for alterations and dry cleaning.

Took 5 items to be repaired. 3 weeks later, after Id checked in 2 times, they still werent ready. Finally 5 weeks after dropping off my items to be repaired, I picked them up. Upon inspection, one item was missing, one wasnt done and I was charged. I ended up going around the corner to Atomic Laundry and had them repair the one item and it took only a day. Perfect stitches still has not located my pants, and I can understand why. There are clothes everywhere, on the window sill, on the floor, nothing is tagged, and this concerned me when I dropped off. Warning...beware.

The owners, who also run this place, are the nicest people I have ever met. They take pride in their work and are living their American Dream. I used to be skeptical of cleaners until I tried this place and they really earned my business. Very good prices, top notch service, and quick turn around times. Going here is well worth your time and money. I highly recommend it.

If you take your dry cleaning to Perfect Stitches just once, youll never go anywhere else. Sia and Tim are the best. Theyre always friendly, hardworking and professional. Also, Perfect Stiches pricing is beyond reasonable. Lastly, I feel like I can trust Sia with any of my hemming or alterations projects. Shes a real perfectionist when it comes to sewing.

The finest customer service; truly wonderful people here. Rush jobs are not an issue and to put it simply: they are there for you. I have had suits tailored here as well as simple dry cleaning and the quality is top notch. Their service keeps me looking my best in my Sunday dress!

I moved out of state last year and the one thing I cant find it my new city is a dry cleaner as good as Perfect Stitches. They were the kindest people who offered stellar service and they were by far the best deal in town! I miss you Perfect Stitches!
