**NO STARS**Went here a week ago before thanksgiving to drop my daughters winter coat off as we were going on a trip to Indiana. It gets very cold there. I told the guy that I needed it boy by the weekend because we were leaving that Saturday. He toldr me they would be done. Went back a couple of days later and he said it wasnt ready and it takes time to clean a coat. I proceeded to recite back to him what he had told me and he said he didnt say that. He argued me up and down about an 8 year olds coat that is not that big. Then I asked for it back so that I could wash it myself or take it somewhere so she wouldnt be without her coat and he says he is sorry he just put it in the washer. I told him that was not acceptable and I needed the coat now and he said it is impossible for him to do that because there are about 300 articles of clothing in the washer. Then he say you can come look through all the clothes yourself and find the coat but Im not doing it! Ugh! Im so disgusted I have never witnessed such poor customer service in my life!! And the rudeness was very unprofessional! I wish they would go on somewhere messing up everybodys clothes, giving poor customer service and just being down right rude! This is totally unacceptable. People pay good money for their clothes to come here and have money go right down the drain! I should have read these reviews first!

This place lost the pants to my suit. I took them in to have them himmed and they said the lady who did that work left the country and that they couldnt find my pants. I checked back periodically because I didnt want to have to go and buy a new suit. I waited 2 and a half months before I finally gave up on them and bought another suit from the Mens Wearhouse, where I had purchased my previous suit. They still had the record of my purchase and the dollar amount. I presented that to the cleaners and the owner was out of the country for 2 or 3 weeks in December. I waited and waited and he finally was there for me to talk to. Finally, someone turned in my pants and I got them back but after I had already purchased my new suit. The owner offered me $150 in store credit and I accepted. Apparently, he wasnt aware that I had just gotten my pants back at which point he recanted on the store credit which had gotten to $44 and some change. I got $44 for being without my suit for 2 and a half months and bought a replacement for almost $500. The owner said that he wouldnt do anymore than what he had done. This is outrageous! I was patient, understanding, and agreeable until he decided to recant on my store credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not care about the customer or about doing the right thing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I left my two, 100% cotton, dress shirts at Chastain Cleaners two days ago. I asked for no starch at that time. When I asked the price for laundering a dress shirt the gentlemen stated $1.75. So this afternoon when my daughter picked up the shirts and she said that the cost was $7.90 I was confused. I called and spoke with the gentlemen who I had left my shirts with and I asked him how much a laundered shirt was and he said $1.75. I told him that my daughter had just picked up two shirts and the price was $7.90. So his excuse was the shirts are dry cleanable. I told him that I didnt ask for dry cleaning, I asked for "no starch". So, instead of giving me credit or a refund he has now lost my familys business and everyone I talk to while its on my mind. He gives you a ticket but doesnt put a price on it and there is no ticket on the clean clothes. I had to look him up on the internet which is why I have decided for the first time in my life to leave a feedback on the internet. That is my reason for this long and laborious complaint. Remember Pinkus.

I just bought a brand new shirt from mens warehouse $80...I got it back with a 8" rip in the back! Im not kidding 8 inches. No reason to get upset since I knew they would replace it... I showed them the rip and they said "well you must of ripped it wearing it" I said theres no way I can rip my shirt like this its been torn in a machine! Look at this rip, if I had been wearing the shirt when this happened I would be dead. Didnt matter what I said... They wouldnt replace it. The customer service at the dry cleaners at Publix is no good either.... Seriously, where do we get our stuff dry cleaned?

Gave them an article of clothing and they returned it with all the colors distorted. Also, the clothing had a terrible odor as if the colors bleeding through was not bad enough. Then, they tried to act like nothing happened! Bad service altogether! If you like your clothes, do not go here. I learned the hard way.

Dont expect this when you go here. Took my clothes in Friday and they said they would be ready Saturday. They werent. Went by Monday at lunch and they said it would be 3 before they were ready. Many other cleaners in the area. Try one of them instead.
