DEPLORABLE!!! RUINED DRESS, LOST DRESS, LOST BROACH!!! DO. NOT. USE. Dropped off an evening dress and asked to pick it up the next day @ 1pm. I was told that was "no problem." When I arrived to pick up the dress, it was not there!!! I had to DRIVE 25 minutes to another location. She also CHARGED ME before I had the dress in hand. I arrive at the other location, and the dress is MISSING THE BROACH!! The lady tells me shell drive it over from the hickory flat store. NOW I AM SUPER LATE!! I get home only to realize the skirt of the dress which was pleated has been pressed FLAT. And not well at that! I come back and ask for a refund and to be reimbursed for the dress that was ruined. Refund granted, reimbursement for ruined dress denied. BARELY AN APOLOGY. NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!!

I have been using this cleaners for almost 8 years now and very satisfied with their services. They are friendly and efficient. No company offering services is perfect, if there were any issues they took care of the problem quickly and went over and beyond in providing a solution to solve the problem.

Damaged my clothing would NOT refund or replace, took items to another cleaner who stated it was laziness on this cleaners behalf. This cleaner doesnt even hold a license to do business under this name. Buyer BEWARE take your clothes at your own risk.

The Services for my items were fulfilled. Customer service could use a cheer up! Pick up time/day was ambiguous! End of the day. They got the job done. No major complaints about the pricing
