After reading mixed reviews a few months ago I decided to give Tide Dry Cleaners (Dunwoody) a try. After not being overly impressed with the quality of the cleaning or press I continued to patron their business because it was a convenient location for me. Well all good things came to an end on 8/8 as I went to retrieve my clothing and only received 5 of my 8 items physically dropped off and handed to an associate, one of which was located in the back of the store not cleaned. The Assistant Manager, Amy McGuire was unapologetic, displayed no empathy and began to quote policy. A Dry Cleaner misplacing my clothes is a first, but I can see how it could happen. What I am completely appalled by is how the staff and so-called "manager" handled the situation. You cant even pay for good customer service at this location! I posted this review on 8/6/2016 & someone from Tide posted a reply the following day, 8/7/2016 requesting me to send my contact information via the email address they provided. I sent an email to the address listed on 8/7/2016 and have yet to receive a follow-up from Tide...today is 8/11/2016. All said, it appears that Tide posted that prompt reply to make readers feel like they are responsive to issues...clearly they are not!

Ive had many repeated issues with the Tide Dry Cleaners at the Dunwoody, GA location that are not being addressed. The quality of the dry cleaning is inconsistent and does not follow customer preferences. In addition, after the dry cleaning, I also noticed yellowing in a specific area in the front of my shirts that they have not been able to address. They make it very difficult to speak to the regional manager. I spoke to him once and he was very effective, but unfortunately the issues with the Dunwoody location resumed. 2016-06-23 - Update Ive had many issues with Tide Dry Cleaners in Dunwoody, GA and management is not addressing them. I complained on numerous occasions and they are still unable to put crease on the sleeves of my shirts. Also, I can get an allergic reaction to starch and they keep using it on certain shirts for no reason. My Tide computer record says No Starch. Terrible experience overall. 2016-06-29 - Update Nobody has contacted me or made an effort to address the issues. The Tide Dry Cleaners customer service is as terrible as their dry cleaning service.

They lost 9 items on 10/26. It took until 11/2 to get the manager to actually take action and investigate. After being told she was too busy working and couldnt speak with me about the issue, I had to insist that she either reimburse me or find my clothes. I finally got my clothes on 11/6 . Amy promised a $100 gift card for all my trouble, but it seems that Amy conveniently forgot to leave it at the store and has yet to mail it. Stay away from all 3 stores since Amy manages them all. If they truly wanted peoples business they would make them a priority and follow through with their empty promises.

If i could give them less the one star I would. This cleaners has not only lost my clothing but have repeatedly damaged numerous clothing of other customers. Then the stupid guy John tried to tell me I must have not noticed that they were already damaged! you would think that I would notice a huge burn mark on my work blazer! then refused to reimburse me.The only thing I liked about them was the wonderful customer service. There used to be three really nice girls, but one of the new employees said John fired them all. This is the worst cleaners in Dunwoody! Dont Go!!!!

Simply trying to drop off clothing to experience Tide for the first time. Learning i am first time, she says she needs more information from. Returns five minutes later because she could find her form. Then tells me i need to step into the store because she needs 5 minutes to gather my first time information. Not a good start. Haphazard. Unorganized. Person clearly disorganized with little finesse and customer training. I will not be going back

One of the best dry cleaning experiences Ive had in a while. The clothes were ready and presented as expected and promised. The manager was so kind and friendly and gave us some samples of Tides newer products which was quite nice. The cleaners felt clean and looked as though it is properly run.

We had a baseball hat that had been dropped in mud. I tried the dishwasher and it did nothing. I took it to Tide and it came home better than brand new! We were very impressed and the price was great. We will be back!!
