I visited this establishment on 12/20/2011. A lady greeted me to whom I inguired about prices. She quoted me a price on a suit jacket and skirt as $5.00 plus for the jacket and $7.00 plus for the skirt, because the skirt had a lining. When I told her I had never been charged because of a lining before...or anyone else I know, she replied that Pinckard was not a discount cleaners and the people that bring their clothing to Pinckard take care of their clothing. I told her that I had been taking my suit to discount cleaners for several years and it was in prime condition. She replied that perhaps thats where I needed to go...Pinkard & Morgan Cleaners is overpriced, rude, insulting and unprofessional.

Moved to area and have been trying out the cleaners. The lobby was clean, tidy. The woman did not greet me but I said "hi" and conversed amiable as that is how I am; but I can see how someone may say she isnt so nice. Submitted 5 garments (2 dresses, 2 pants, 1 scarf). Pros: do not need a receipt to p/up garments, garments were cleaned/pressed well. Early pickup - open at 7 a.m. Cons: I actually pad $52 (FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS) for 5 various garments to be dry cleaned. The scarf was cashmere, but...$52. Perhaps my shirts will be $9/ea? Had I known about the costs upfront I would indeed go elsewhere - there are 4 around this corner of Lavista and Oak Grove. I will try others elsewhere.

Used this cleaners for years and decided to switch. After using several cleaners in the area and 3 years later I decided to return. The quality of their services is will worth their prices and they give a 3 day return, and offer same day service also. Their quality offered is well worth the price.. Store is extremely clean and the employees are pleasant and polite.

Two stars for being polite. If they werent super polite I would give them a 1 star based on price and speed. Incredibly slow - unbelievably over priced.
