I was shocked to see the poor google reviews from a couple of years ago about Best Care. I moved to Atlanta just about 2 years ago, and needed a dry cleaners. Best Care was close to where I lived at the time, so it became who I used. I never noticed any real difference between a good dry cleaners vs a bad/normal dry cleaners until I received the kind of service I get at Best Care. A specific example originated out my own procrastination - I was traveling for work, and realized I had not dropped off a suit which I needed for a wedding that weekend. Because I didnt make it home until Friday afternoon, I really didnt think getting my suit cleaned and pressed was doable, especially since the wedding was the very next day, including a being few hours outside of Atlanta. I realized my blunder, and called the store owner/operator, who advised me it would not be an issue because they have their own machines, and are open early on Saturday. To my surprise, they were able to turn around my suit with a late Friday afternoon drop off and early morning Saturday pick-up. TALK ABOUT SERVICE - Id also like to add that every spot on a white button down shirt that I have ever asked them to get out has been saved, even the "unsavables". Best Care has been my cleaners since day one, and I still use them even though I live in Brookhaven now and have to pass 20 dry cleaners on the way to their store.

**New store operator 6 days a week** I recently began using Best Care Cleaners off of N. Decatur Rd in Decatur and I have to say that I am very impressed. A young gentleman by the name of John (yes, we are on a first name basis now) greeted me at the door while assisting me with bringing my clothing inside. The stores prices are very competitive given the area. John had all items ready for pick-up the following day and overall I have to say it was a pleasurable experience all around. Its a lot easier to get inside and out of the parking lot than I had originally thought, that was a huge plus for me given traffic in the area. All in all, good experience and good prices!

John is the new manager over there and he has done an excellent job bringing the store back to life. He actually called me and asked me to come back to the store to try out his services again since he recently took over management. I guess he had my records from some previous transactions.... Anyways, he made it happen and thats all I could ask for. Im going to start using him regularly again and hope he continues to improve the image of his business through his hard work and tenacity. Laundry picked up from concierge at my building. Did not return brand new shirt they picked up. Two phone calls got through. Person who answered was not at all helpful but insisted someone else would call back both times. Since then (over two weeks ago) no answer despite multiple attempts to reach someone. Even wrote a letter explaining the situation and requesting a call back and left it stapled to laundry bag to be picked up. Still no response - and no returned laundry bag either.

I live in the highlands and drive past 3 cleaners to take my clothes to Best Care Cleaners. They are great! You get a text or email when your clothes are done which is a nice touch.

My jacket still had something dried on it and was full of lint! The guy there got defensive and loud when I asked him to fix it. Save your money & wear it dirty before you go here.
