We used this dry cleaner for over a year with no complaints. The owner is a nice, friendly lady. However, we had an unfortunate experience where the buttons were crushed on two of my husbands shirts (one of which had only been worn once). Based on our previous interactions with the owner of the store, I expected her to take ownership of the error, but she did not. Instead she said that is the risk of dry cleaning shirts, unless you want to pay $3 per shirt extra to have them hand pressed. This had never been communicated to us before. Needless to say, we were very upset and disappointed to be out $70 worth of dress shirts. We have not been back to this dry cleaner since.

Ive been here for a couple alterations, as has my wife. She got several major alterations, and I got a couple minor alterations. Our experience has been good. The prices are reasonable.
