Ive been using baryames for 15+ years at several locations all over town depending on where I live. Ever since Ive been using the Okemos location, Ive been a full time convert. I cant think of a better ambassador for the company than Tamara. Shes been there since Ive lived in Okemos, and is such a friendly person. Always smiles, jokes and uses my name. I certainly use Baryames exclusively because of Tamara. Even though im the dry cleaning horse in our family, my wife has even commented about Tamaras friendliness the times shes picked up. Thanks for the great work Tamara.

I picked up my dry cleaning from Baryames this afternoon, and felt they did a nice job. However, the price was exorbitant. I recently moved to the area from Chicago, and my expectations are generally that everything costs less in the greater Lansing area. Even after a 30% discount, the price was nearly double what I paid in Chicago. They were charging approximately $9 to clean a sweater!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. It is very expedient with great deals going on year round. Above all, Mistie and the other team members are very personable and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. They make going to the dry cleaners less of a chore and more of positive part of your day.

My husband and I unfortunately use the cleaners anymore. First after dry cleaning they only buttoned to the first button leaving all kinds of creasing, and now the under arms are coming back with creasing. I suspect because they are taking on too much they are loosing quality in what they are doing.
