Customers beware! There is supposed to be a 2 item free of charge repair if it is under 3 inches on the seam for every dry cleaning done. However, unless specified your garments will be washed and dried in a washing machine, without stain treatment, and repairs charged! If I wanted my stuff washed and dried in a washing machine I would have just done it myself! Then for repairs they double charge, for inches, say your garments have to be dry cleaned, and still wont complete the repairs or cleaning, and charge you for them! Overpriced, understaffed, incompetent staff who tells you how they are too hung over from being in jail all night for public intoxication. ...really professional! When you try to reach the management, Heather Hicks that is nearly impossible, she plays a lot of phone tag, and spin operations like the company! Good luck getting ahold of the owner, hes too busy ripping you off! Was told on one occasion I couldnt even pick up my garments...Probably because the staff was wearing them, or washing and drying them at their house! Had to have redos done on repairs, stain removal, and dry cleaning almost EVERY TIME! Heather Hicks solution to this was to credit me my 3 garments I was already charged for, and not explain why certain garments they wouldnt repair? Jessica at the Baryames of Haslett is very unprofessional about the business and how she talks down about her staff! They have no knowledge of how to operate the tiny store they are in and do not even know their own specials! If I need a repair I dont need to dry clean it, if it is clean, then fix it! If I bring my garments in on hangers, wrinkle free, and you throw them in a bag with other peoples garments then of coarse they appear dirty! No common sense, or courtesy at this hole in the wall establishment! Dont know how they have remained in business for so long with how poorly they run this place! Like a bunch of ditzy, rude high school girls!!!!!! Worst Dry cleaner ever! Taking my business and others elsewhere! !!!! Where the prices are reasonable, and the business is classy, not trashy!

Ive used this Baryames Cleaners to do several items (suits, ties, vests and faux fur) and was very satisfied with their service and the friendliness of the staff. They called me prior to cleaning to let me know of a couple minor areas of damage on my items and offered to repair them, explaining exactly how they would go about it. My cleaning was finished the next day and I am very happy with the results.

Amelia, the manager at this store, makes using this Baryames a positive experience. Her efficiency and friendliness makes getting in and out quickly and the quality of the work is always excellent. She goes the extra mile to help customers meet their cleaning and tailoring needs. I definitely recommend this cleaner.

I was very happy. I dropped off some old and dirty coats and was very suprised at their wonderful condition. I was able to get use out of garments I had given up on. On top of this they were running a sale and saved me lots. Thank you.
