I have tried several cleaners in the area and this one has been great. They are just a little out of my way but I have had poor luck with others in the area. In fact I got the idea to rate them because of a recent terrible experience at another cleaner. Hi-Tech cleaner always has someone at the counter, you do not have to ring a bell or yell for anyone. They always greet me with a smile and are very polite. I have used them for about 9 years and have had no issues at all. Each time I try another place in order to avoid the late afternoon traffic, I end up regretting it. I feel I might be easier to please than many others, but then why do other cleaners infuriate me? I will continue using them and highly recommend them.

****NOT RECOMMENDED**** They put holes in my one month old suit. Really poor customer service. When I questioned them about my ruined jacket they stated yelling at me. I am writing this review so people know what kind of service you receive here. I was their regular customer and it happened before to one of my slacks but I ignored thinking its a one off thing and didnt press them. This time it is happened with newly bought suit. PLEASE BE AWARE

This cleaners is the best one in the area. They are reasonably price and are very efficient. I have been using them for a long time now and they have always been accommodating. If there is an issue, they will figure it out and fix it for you. I highly recommend this business.

These people cannot speak English and have given me the wrong clothes on 3 different occasions. Stay away from this place if you want to keep your own clothes. When I spoke to the guy who owned it all he said was " I dont know"

I will never do business with these people again. I asked them to do a $3 task - which was overpriced. Three trips later it is done wrong and they want to argue about it. Find someone else.
