MYFAROG Is the Best

There is only one word that could describe this particular cleaner. Horrible is the correct word. The service is quite horrendous both their working effort/habit. Now, you see the two people who reviewed before me has chosen to review this place 5/5. They had said the exact same statements/reviews made, funny. The more funnier aspect of their account is the same last name. Could they be relatives? Now, dont get me wrong here. I am not attempting to become Sherlock Holmes here (Believe it or not the workers last name is Patel as well, that they attempt to endorse their very own business, probably because they already know too well of their working efforts). However, I must say that the two comments below me seems so fabricated for I have not seen a hard work effort from this place. My clothing/jacket from Zara had its logo from the back completely stripped away. Its something I cannot comply with at the moment due to the jacket being the total asset of my outfit which includes the shoes, jeans and a particular t-shirt. The jacket has been faded into the lightest color (in the worse way possible). These people simply said it wasnt their fault! Hm, is that so? You were paid to avoid these problems. You clearly stated you had manually used your very own hands to have my specific jacket cleaned as we expected the "hard" work you wished to provide. So hard work clearly means that you leave the shirt/pants of the customer that paid you to clean it to fend off the foreign hair strands (not belonging to anyone of us) as well as other particles within our clothing? Are we to pay you to fix the problems you have created? If so, I would love for you to fix the issue otherwise we would had never came here in the first place. You obviously had done the fault but clearly deny it. You know the color variation changed dramatically, especially when the logo has been rinsed off completely. The lying aspect of the service they provided us is what I hated the most. If you were to do a clear stated business, something clean. No con-artist motivated tactics. I expect a clean business, however. I simply made the wrong choice of paying them to ruin a fine jacket and have foreign hair stands + other unknown particles latch onto our other clothing. "So?" the male worker who claimed to have done the "work" responded. So? We paid you to clean the clothing we paid you to do. Instead you decided to do work effortlessly. Now, the female worker has also called my mother a liar. Why in the world would we lie about the hair pieces + foreign particles on our clothing as well as a fine jacket that once had a logo on (which was completely rinsed away)? For what? Forty bucks? Are you kidding me? We paid that jacket for two hundred dollars and to get a small discount, this lady believes we wanted to fight over this? No. Clearly, they have made a big mistake of destroying a fine jacket. Do your business honestly, will you? Funny thing is, their names are Savita Patel and the other man was scared of stating his name. So, Ill be waiting for their alternative accounts to backlash this review.

I have been going here for the last eight years. They have new owners as of the last 2 years. Yes I appreciate the cheap prices comma but the quality of service has gone down. They have misplaced items, advising me to return the following day. They ruined a shirt with an ink stain, that they created to begin with. When I arrive comma it seems as if the staff are too busy to want to deal with me , no one has any smiles, or greeting accepted for the older male, presumably the owner. All of the women in the place, could care less that Im actually spending any money in their store... I dont know why I go back..
