I would give this place no stars if I could. Strange, CREEPY employees who were blatantly taking photos of our jeep from their cell phones when we came to drop off our stuff. Okay, whatever. But then they said itd take over a week to get our comforter back, and then promised us they could have it ready for Friday rather than Monday (mind you this was said early on in the week). We didnt have the time to come Friday, so we came Monday instead. No big deal. Well our promised comforter was no where to be found and they said it wasnt ready yet. Frustrated, we went back on Wednesday (past both the dates on the ticket). They have no record of our comforter and said its not a problem... YES THERE IS A PROBLEM! Are you kidding me?! Where is my comforter? You have no record of it and have no idea where you misplaced it. Completely dishonest and rude imbeciles. How are you still in business???

Uncooperative employees and huge hassles when my clothes were misplaced. The staff at this store gave my clothes to somebody else by mistake earlier and they were not honest about it. They did not cooperate initially in retrieving my clothes and created a huge hassle for me in getting them to get my clothes back. They told me somebody had picked my clothes when I went to get them one day. I had to call the police to file a report for theft of my clothes. When a police officer called them and talked to them, they told the officer to give them a few days to work through the issue. They retrieved my clothes several days after that. It turned out that they had given my clothes to somebody else by mistake. They created huge inconvenience for me. I filed a complaint on their corporate website and nothing happened. Stay away.

Very dishonest, Tried to keep a check that I left in one of my pants pockets by accident and when I told them that I will find out who cashed the check and press charges the check magically appeared again also lost my unique sports coat buttons while being cleaned and of course they wont admit to it and now it will cost me money to replace those buttons that I can not find anywhere!!!
