Terrible customer service from the South Asian woman (the gentleman that works there is nice however). Ive had washed mens dress shirts pressed for 99 cents each per the gentleman; on my third visit the woman tried to charge $1.79 a shirt and emphatically denied the price I was charged previously -- strange because she could have easily looked at my customer records and confirmed the previous price, if I was wrong I would be ok with that. But instead of doing that She gave my shirts back in a huff saying I could go elsewhere just for "questioning her." With so many cleaners around theres no reason to go back there although I feel badly for the gentleman.

I am a fairly new customer, and each time I pull up to the drive through I have been treated with extreme rudeness by a woman named Raj- her display of mean attitude is completely inappropriate, even as she is thanked- for behavior that should not be thanked! Today was my last drop off- she flung her arms and threw my clothing out of the basket, leaving a pair of pants in her rage - not good.
