I brought Georges Cleaners my wool winter coat (about $150 in value) for cleaning. They ruined it. It came back with these disgusting oil stains all over it and the arm ripped. They did absolutely NOTHING for reimbursement. I asked for money for the present day value of the coat and he said, "No sorry, we dont do that." I then asked if they had insurance coverage to file a claim for damaging goods and he said, "No, we dont have that." It was absurd. I had about $25 worth of other laundry to pick up and he wouldnt even give me those back free of charge or give me a store credit. NOTHING for ruining a $150 coat that obviously I had to immediately go replace for winter. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. STAY AWAY.

Terrible customer service. Lied to me about having lost a pair of khakis several times over the course of a week and kept trying to offer me some guys ragged dockers as some sort of weird peace offering. Also, I was originally told next day service, but actually had to come back 3 times to pick up the rest of my garments. Each employee uses "I dont know, youll have to wait and talk to so and so" like its part of the training manual. Avoid this place at all costs!

We took three rugs there to be cleaned and when we got them back they smelled WORSE and still had dog hair and dirt on them. Five minutes vacuuming did more for the rugs than the $270 we paid to have them cleaned. I dont think they did anything with them - I can only conclude they just put them in a musty room for 2 weeks and then refused to give us any refund or even credit (not that I can think of anything Id trust them with).

Have been using Georges for many years and they treat us like family. Sonal and her brother are very gracious. Quality very good. Occasionally youll get a broken button, but they are fast to fix it.Also, they go out of their way on special requests.
