This is a review about their Mens shirt laundry service - Not Dry cleaning. However considering the hassle and outcome I (personally) wouldnt try that service either. I had some new shirts laundered here. BIG MISTAKE! They came back with a horrible smell of like 50 people -- including what most prominently could be described as some stinky womens or smelly sugar daddys musk perfume OR worse BOTH. Whatever it was it made me gag and rush home to get this FUNKY SHIRT off me. I was puzzled. How does this happen? Ive never experienced this before. Unless this cleaner is cutting corners and...re-using wash water? I dunno. But New mens shirts (Im a man) that I have never worn - come back stinking so bad I could smell them 6 feet away in my closet? Now hold on! The next day I returned the shirts and approached the owner. While resistant she did finally offer to "redo" the shirts after telling me its only me and she dont smell anything. Blah, blah, blah. Yeah...Likely story. When I came to pick them up the second time and attempted to smell them the owner (lady) with a Big smile assured me there was no need and they didnt need a smell test -- Because a feeling in my gut told me to check them. Another Mistake. Out of courtesy I didnt give them the full check, but once I got them home, they reeked of odor so bad they seemed to be off their hanger and in the room with me. Once again I was like... REALLY??? So long story short, I was through with the cleaner at this point. I put the shirts on the patio to air out and took a picture to show the owners so I could reason with them and hopefully get a refund to get them fixed. Clean to stinky is not a service. Well once I went back, she rattled off a number of excuses: She couldnt smell anything, They Redid the shirts, I was the only person who complained. All of little comfort to me...what did I care...you ruined my shirts. Then she insults me and says the funky smell was me. Uhhh, wait a minute. No she didnt? Hunh? These shirts are new lady. OK, now Id had enough of their stank laundry and attitude. I simply asked them to refund my money because I was going to have to take the shirts elsewhere to get them laundered again. They (by this time her useless husband had come from his lurking in the background) confronted me and told me to take them to court or call the police and leave! I was like OK Ive a better idea, and easier. How about I report you in a online review on Yelp. Well this aint yelp, but heres my review. Maybe itll help someone. Dont trust and dont launder here. Now, I write this sitting here looking at my beautiful new shirts that I cant wear because when I wear them I gag and loathe myself because it smells like a old player / sugar daddy is all over me and breathing down my neck! Damn!

On two separate occasions the people were rude. I have been bringing my daughters ROTC uniform to be cleaned for a year and now it seems to be ran by new owners. My daughter said that she went in to drop her two pieces off on a Monday as usual and the guy was rude and told her she couldnt pick it up on Tuesday because they had too many things to clean. I tried to drop of the same two pieces on yesterday (Monday) and was told it would be ready Wednesday. I told the lady I need it before Wednesday. She rolled her eyes and walked off then handed me a receipt with a $1 up-charge and no explanation. I asked for my clothing back and the lady raised her voice at me. I will no longer spend my money there.

Ive looked for a reliable, fast, friendly, convenient dry cleaner for quite some time. It was a nice surprise to finally find these qualities especially with the fast convenience of having uniforms dry cleaned within a 24 hour turn around time. As with any company, I did experience a couple of hiccups but was always courteously compensated. I am sad to see the previous owners leave since it was nice to walk in and be recognized by name. I look forward to the same service with the new owners.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for years. New owner is very people friendly, helpful and provide me excellent service whether it was a dress shirt, ladies dress, jeans, silk dress or pants. My clothes are ready on time. I even using their alteration service for quite some time without any issue. They are the best in this area. I would definality recommend to my friends and neighbors in this area. Thanks

Took my white jeans that cost me $254 here to get cleaned they had wine spilled on them, I asked if they would be able to get the stains out the lady said yes. I picked my jeans up a few days later
