Ive used them two different times and both times I was shocked by the rudeness of the employees, and extremely disappointed with the service. I got one item back WORSE than when I dropped it off- no apology whatsoever. This is after I had to practically beg them for a receipt.

Over priced, they have charged me for items that they couldnt get clean (simple water spots). No customer service skills, will not return again. Their parking lot needs a new entrance, its a dangerous spot to pull in/out.
