After my 6 month old puppy chewed through the heel of an expensive pair of shoes, I thought I was SOL. On a ladys recommendation, I brought my shoes here and Im so happy I did! Within a week, the heel had been replaced and wrapped and looks brand new!! Communication was great as they called me twice to give progress reports and my shoes were done a day before they had said. Overall incredibly pleased with the repair done!

The owner is the rudest person I have met in my lifetime. Have destroyed 2 of my shirts and takes no responsibility ever for the damage always tries to blame someone else foe his mistakes. If I could give. Negative stars I would, will never do business with them ever again. Poorly run outfit on a shoe string budget.

Very dishonest people , avoid them . I gave them some shirts for laundry and they tore one of my Polo shirts and were trying to put the blame on me , they did not even have the courtesy to compensate for their mistake
