Alright, so I didnt know this, but apparently, Kingsbury Dry Cleaners is actually located in Shaker Heights. This location, at the intersection of Fairmount and Cedar is just a pick-up/drop-off point. Why is this important? Because if you need something done in a reasonable amount of time, you must go to the Shaker Heights location. I stopped into the Cedar-Fairmount shop 3pm on a Saturday and asked if I could pick up sometime on Monday. I didnt think this would be a problem, since pretty much all places do same-day and I was giving them 2 days to do it. But it was a problem. Lady said they wouldnt be done until Tuesday. So, WARNING! If you drop off at this location, you wont get your clothes back for at least 3 days. If you can, go to Gradys in Coventry Village instead. That location is full-service.

I called and asked if they could have a shirt ready by Thursday, the nice lady said yes, just that I had to drop it off by 5. I pulled up at 3:40 and walked in. As she was talking about the shirts she said, "ready by Friday earliest" apparently by "drop off by 5" she meant "drop off by 3" As I turned to leave, she didnt offer an apology, just went back to cleaning her nails. Will never go there again.

This location is Top Hat just a drop off and pick up store. The quality of the products are amazing. There definitely is a "drop off" of service though from the main plant.
