I dropped off a few shirts and some had stains which I pointed out to the man receiving my shirts. He smiled and dropped all my shirts in a bag without marking the stains. When I got my shirt back, the stains looked the same as when I dropped them off.

Agree with other reviewers. Staff/owner doesnt know what they are doing. Ruined new trousers and then argued that pants were already ripped before I dropped. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent.

Staff is very friendly but ironing is very lousy, they use too much heat and ruin clothes. Happened during a business crêpe a few months ago, so I didnt have a chance to lodge a complaint
