This was my first visit to this cleaner and I was not impressed. The place is a total mess inside...crap everywhere...not to mention it stinks!! How can I expect my clothes to come out smelling fresh when the facility smells of smoke and must??? If you do decide to try this cleaner, I would recommend calling ahead when its time to pick-up your items, because they are un-organized and might not have them ready. I made a trip to pick-up some items ON THE DAY THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN and they had not even started on them!! Really ticked me off when I gave them three days to take a pair of pants up and they told me I could come in anytime that day! The funny part is when they realized they were not done, they woman said if you can wait I can have them done in 10 minutes....so something that should have taken you 10 minutes, you couldnt have done in three days??? I will not use them again!!!

Ive trusted James King Cleaners with my familys laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations for several years. We have always been pleased with the quality of their work, turn-around time and friendly service. The family is kind and accommodating, and I think their prices are very reasonable. The stores clutter initially concerned me, but Im glad I was able to overlook it because it hasnt affected their ability to do great work. (The clutter kinda reminds me of my mamas messy sewing room!)

I went yesterday to drop off our Comforter to have it dry cleaned and when I pulled up I was not impressed at all.that place was nasty.there was piles of clothes on the counter,clothes in bags on the floor. I didnt even get out of my car,I drove off and went to another dry cleanser and they were so nice and very clean. I wanted to take a picture of it but didnt because I was being stared at.

we must have tried 10 other cleaners in the mcdonough /hampton area before finding kings. that was 5 or 6 years ago. they get all of our business (which is quite a bit weekly). we have always been very satisfied. my husband loves heavy starch and hes never disappointed. definitely a neighborhood kind of place where they always know you by name!!

Well where do I start? First, $20 for two 84" window panels, seriously??? I could get a whole bag of laundry done elsewhere for that!!! Secondly, I had to wait an entire week for 2 panels??? Lastly, for full service you would think I wouldnt have drapes still covered in dog fur.... Ridiculous all around, and will never return!!

I get my uniforms pressed here. My only gripe is they never put in enough starch. Love the people american owned!
