They were awesome. Treated us and our clothes with extra special care, and when a stain didnt come out, he offered to keep my shirt for two more days and try a new cleaner he had ordered, all at no cost. Just because the stain was bugging him! (I hadnt even seen it, so it wasnt bugging me.) Treatment worked, and my blouse came back looking vibrant and like the day I bought it. Very impressed. Definitely recommend!
