Nearly every other time I visit Presidential, the owner himself greets me at the front counter. It shows in the nicest, small-town way, that he is a man who is involved and interested in the success of his business and the sense of accountability and community in the City. I have always been happy with the services, and it brings a smile to my face every time I am recognized without having to give them my name. A fine example of a respectable business owned and operated by dedicated people.

If you want your cloths worse off than they are now get these guys to overcharge you and screw up your suit for a wedding, they excell at that. Would be further ahead paying a dog $20 to drag my suit through the woods chasing a rabbit. So below expectations was this suit that waiting to get into the wedding people were giving me change like I was homeless - my advice is go somewhere else unless you want to look like a bum and go broke getting your suit cleaned.

I used this place several times. Then I got a skirt back and noticed a slight chemical smell. I assumed I was overreacting and let it go. Yesterday I got two pairs of pants back and the smell is overwhelming. I cant even hold them without feeling sick, and I certainly cant wear them. I will never go here again.

Friendly staff. Willing to do a rush. Will hold on to suits for a few days after they are finished if you need to run out of town before picking them up. Suit always comes back clean and wrinkle-free. Faint chemical smell, as expected (not too heavy).
