At your own risk! This is the worst cleaner (be careful if you are looking for a dry cleaner) in the Town of Dexter, MI. This was recommended by one of my friends in town (Clearly she does not use good clothing). We took four (4) new Tommy Hilfiger Merino Wool Sweaters XXL (MSRP). $129 each) for a dry cleaner. When we pick them up the sweaters were shrunk one of them was over my umbilical boton, which pretty much is below size "M". I took them back to the laundry and they told me we are going to fix it (we can stretch it to your size) or we will reimburse you or buy same new sweaters. When came back for second time, the sweaters were uneven (one sleeve longer than the other) pretty tight fit and showing signs of the stretching (wavy cloth). I did ask for full reimbursement and what I thought was the owner told me. Do not worry I am going to buy the sweaters or reimburse them to you, give me some days. Few days ago, Mrs. Kim calls me to my phone and told me that washing the sweaters with cold or warm water should not have damage the sweaters. Conclusion "MY CLEANERS II" does not have dry cleaning. Today, for my surprise I did meet Mrs. Kim, the real owner. Ah! She denied or dishonors all agreements for his husband, another Mrs. Kim (younger). And by the way brought one of her employees to confront me. Ah yelling to me. In all years taking to a laundry/cleaner my clothing (wool, cashmere, scarfs, and delicate clothing that requires a specialist). This is the first time that my clothing gets damage and takes such a treatment. First time that a cleaner deceives customers with services that are not rendered and charge for it, which should be penalized and illegal. The cleaner should explain to new customers the laundry process, and if there is risk. Just do not take the job. Ahh! Mrs. Kim call to check whether there was a tag left at home. And the answer let me see if there is something and I take to you. Which I did. Well. Mrs. Kim swear that she measure the sweaters at least one of them on the sleeve. Ah! She did not do it in front of my wife. So It could have been done anytime anywhere at least to cover the wrong doing. I restated. Please tell me why an XXL sweater shrunk to the size of M or smaller. At this point, all sweaters are stretched but not good. So what supposed to be an easy transaction resulted in a whole tragedy. AVOID AT ALL COST! NO RESPONSIBLE CLEANERS!!!!!!!!!

I had $90.35 of dry cleaning and laundry as the clerk rang up the bill I was .04 cents short. She said she couldnt help me so I had to go back to my car in the rain to get .04 cents out of my ash tray....non compus mentis.
