I decided to try My Cleaners because it is closer to my house. I will not be going back. I dropped off 10 items on Tuesday morning. The woman told me theyd be ready Saturday. I told her I wouldnt be able to pick them up until Monday morning and she said ok. I went in Monday and she said my clothes werent there. Theyd be ready after 3 pm. They were supposed to be ready Saturday? I go back Tuesday morning (a week after drop off) and she hands me 7 shirts that arent mine. I see my shirts on the rack as the go by. They have another name on them. To top it all off they dont take American Express either. I will stick to Michigan Cleaners on Maple Road. They are faster and have a drive through.

Hi, I had two pieces cleaned there. One of pieces got ruined, however, they fully reimbursed me 100% with absolutely no hassle. I didnt have to say a word and they wrote me a check. From all the horror stories I have read about other places....this place is very reliable, honest, and respectful. The lady who works there is also very nice and I definitely plan to come back! The other piece they cleaned turned out perfect. They also use eco-friendly cleaners. I highly recommend them despite the slight set back.

Good service. We had alterations and dry cleaning done. Both were completed on time without problems.
