WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN !! Brought a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed (had shoes with me and everything). Everything seemed okay until I went to pick up the dress. The dresss hem dropped in the front and was higher on the side seams. I uploaded a picture to show how uneven the hem is in the front. The under layers were shorter than the top layer. I asked that the extra material been given back to me as we were going to use them for the flower girl, but I only got back two layers instead of all three. BUT THE BEST PART!!!!!!!!! ...was when I went back to the shop to ask for a refund. I was not comfortable having this lady touch the dress again. She refused to give me any money back as I only paid her to cut the dresss length by 1and 1/2 inches and sew in a hem, but NOT TO HEM THE DRESS EVENLY!!!! No joke; this is a direct quote! Call me crazy but I thought it was customary within the profession to hem a dress evenly. So now I explain to her I had no idea I had to ask the dress to be hemmed so no part dropped to the ground. Apparently that’s not what she does. Then I said to her that if I didn’t receive a refund, they would not be having any more business from myself, family, or friends. She didn’t seem to have a problem with that so I took my dress and went back to the store where I got it - they have been wonderful to help me save this dress.

Brought a high end Gor-tex jacket in to have some embroidery and patches removed. Quick turn-a-round and great work! Woman was not overly friendly, but Im paying for a service not making friends...she communicated clearly and I was happy. Price was very reasonable.
