We have been using Capital Cleaners for a long time. Recently we dropped some items off and when we picked them up they smelled musty. They said they have been having a problem with that lately from their cleaning facility. They sent it back for a second cleaning. Pick it up again and it still smelled musty. The manager informed us that it was a problem with the factory they use and there was nothing they could do. We then said we would like our money back and the manager said no and that we would need to take it up with the factory. That is unacceptable. We paid capital not the factory and capital contracts with the factory. It should not be on us to fight with the factory. Plus if you know this is a problem why would you let people pickup clothing items that stink because of your supply chains mistake. Capital cleaners just lost a long time customer.

Ive went here for years and continually used their same day service. Ive been a member of their saving club for years. They have removed or limited their ability to have same day service. They can only do dry cleaning and 5 shirts same day, they no longer delivery what made them great from my perspective. At 55-80 dollars per order per week, I consider myself a big user. I travel a lot and need that quick turn service. However, they made a big change I can no longer execute with. Ive found Quality Dry Cleaners down the road that will offer same day for extra $5 bucks. My next step will be to see if I can get my savings club membership refunded since I just renewed. Sorry to see you go downhill Capitol Cleaners

I have been trying to find a new dry cleaner in the area. Unfortunately I keep running into shady outfits such as Capitol. 14 bucks for a suit?! They quote $10.70 but thats only if you were to have a coupon. The hunt continues.

Terrible! I have been a customer of Capital since 2007. I am done! They have ruined shirts, pants and now many articles come back with a fowl smell. DO NOT USE THEM
