DO NOT TAKE YOUR IMPORTANT CLOTHES HERE. I took my high end coat here and even though I made sure with them to follow the cleaning instructions, cover buttons to avoid damages, on the tag, they didnt follow it and cracked two buttons and scratched all buttons. I complained and requested for refund but since the owner was not there, I was told to leave the coat so that the owner can take a look and would call me next day to discuss. I recieved no call on the following day. I went back to pick up my coat since I did not want to leave it there long. The owner was not there and they again told me she would call me next day. The owner did call me back this time but I could not pick up the phone because even though I had asked them to call me after 4:30PM to be able to pick up, she called me in AM. She left me a message mentioning that SHE DID NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG but told me to come over again in the morning that is the time she is available. I cannot go there in the morning since I am working and it is over 20 miles away from my house. I chose this place because I was told that this cleaner does a good job. Apparently, not. On further inspection, I found many small white stains looks like either leftover laundry detargent or laundry starch on the coat...also had took my suit pants together with the coat and they came back with the shining (this happens when fabric is ironed improperly with too high of a heat setting and the iron is pushed repeatedly across the fabric.) on seams. Very unprofessional and they do not know how to treat clothes. If you have clothes that you dont want to damage, please do not take them here.

I wish I would have seen the previous review because I did not have a good experience at this cleaners. I had several shirts that came back with extra detergent, small stains and marks on them which I was told was from my own doing. I took a pair of dress slacks to be pressed and when I received them, the waist clasp was completely torn off. There was no admission of guilt, no apology. It was a week and a half later when I was able to pick them up. Was very unhappy with the service and would not recommend.

Excellent service, owner is always friendly and I have never had a problem with my dry cleaning which I take regularly. Great prices and unbeatable customer service.
