Used this place twice now. First time I had two dress pants cleaned and next day I put them on there was white stuff all over it and had to clean it off...what did I pay for? Second time I brought 2 comforters to get cleaned. Came by and 1 was ready and other was not...no big deal. Came back couple days later and they said they had an unusual amount of comforters and still wasnt ready...ok. 10 days later I come back and now they said they gave it to someone else by accident and that person paid with a bad credit card and wont return calls. How does that happen with a credit card? She said they found out a day after my first visit...why did they lie to me?? Be upfront and honest and maybe i wouldnt be as mad. Call me instead of me coming up there 3 times. Kept saying they lost out $200 from that other person...excuse me if i dont show any sympathy since you gave wrong item to wrong person. Quit telling me your heartaches! You lost my item! I dont care at this point what happened to your sales. All they could do is refund me the cost to clean and they have to take my receipt which is the only proof I have. I refused until I talked to the manager. Oh and you can only talk to management at noon...and they will not call manager bc they are not authorized to because hes far away...kidding me! Comforters are expensive! Will update post upon management call.

They take responsibility for nothing! If I could give zero stars I would. I had them clean several items for me and they all came back smelling like whatever strong chemical they use to clean. Absolutely unbearable, my whole closet incurred this smell. I went in to ask what chemical they used so I can try to get it out myself. I didnt even expect them to offer to re-clean it and of course they didnt. The lady at the front desk blamed me, and states she wouldnt know what they used. They dont use any chemicals, ok thats not true. When I asked to speak to someone who would know she stated they are all done for the day and now theyre all on spring break for the next week. How convenient? At this point I wasnt even asking for any favors, I wanted to know how to get rid of the awful smell they put on my clothes myself. I will never return to this dry cleaners and I suggest other customers look elsewhere as well. Just ridiculous customer service! They dont own up to anything and wont offer to help if something goes wrong. I dont even write reviews but this experience was unacceptable. Oh and when you call to try to speak to a manger youll get AT&T because their number is out of service. smh Hope this helps!

O customer service Zero cleaning specially pants No matter what if you go to this place you will be u dont like ur clothes? I swear u will be crying I trashed some of my clothes most of them are expensive so I heated I beetle here so many times finally I lost my clothes I havent any They said they are under new management if theyre new or old who cars about it

They just lost all of my business and every person I can tell. I was picking up my cleaning through the drive through...the lady slung my back door open and whacked a gash into my back door and then acted as if it wasent a big deal at all. Not even an apology.

White pants are difficult for this business to clean I will never go back to "world cleaners" if you cant clean properly then you dont initiate, take, and keep customers money.

Been going here for 7 years now and never had a problem. The employees are friendly and theres a drive thru which is great for convenience.
