This was a terrible experience. I took an expensive chiffon bridesmaid dress to get altered. I dropped it off and told them I would be out of town for a week. The lady working marked the dress and gave me an arbitrary price estimate. I came back the next weekend and asked them for it and they seemed confused. They went to get the owner and they looked everywhere. Finally I saw them pull the dress out of a hamper and said oh we didnt think youd come back to get it. We did not alter it because the lady measured it wrong. I asked them why they didnt try to call me or contact me (as they had all my information) and they just kept insisting that they didnt think I was coming back. It was incredibly unprofessional and they didnt even end up giving me a discount or apologizing. I got my dress back and it was unevenly hemmed. REVISION: the owner contacted me after I wrote this post and admitted to his mistake. He was extremely apologetic and gave me my money back! I have taken some items there after the original incident and have been happy with the service!

I moved to the area, over 2 years ago , and had tried several cleaners in the Johns Creek area, and was dissatisfied , when actually one of the other cleaners referred to Express Cleaners because I have a emergency situation , I went there late one evening and met Michael he was extremely nice and accommodating to my situation , he expedited you order just in the time I needed it . I have been coming here every since , still needing my clothes at the "last minute" I guess thats why they are called Express Dry Cleaners. Michael and his staff , are always pleasant, friendly and accommodating , but not only the Customer Service is superb the service is "Excellent" and most reasonable . You would love this place . I have been a customer Mr. Moons for several years now. I have moved around Atlanta and had to change dry cleaners several times. I have also fired dry cleaners - yes, I have told them they are fired, but they did something terrible: they broke a button on one of my shirts and replaced it without telling me. I dont spend money on many things for myself, but I love dressing well. Hence, a broken button on an expensive shirt is irritating. The entire staff at Express is extremely friendly and capable. They listen well too! They welcome me by name, know which clothes need to be hand-pressed (to not wear the buttons out) and which pants need a crease in front or on the side. A good dry cleaner is hard to find. This is one of the greats!

Absolutely perfect. 4 silk shirts, 2 hand made, and I could not be more impressed. The small stains that were on are now no more. The fabric still has its sheer, and the pressing was exactly how I asked for. Relocating to a new area is never easy, and finding quality services is never easy, especially for something as obvious as dry cleaning. All it takes is one mistake and the expensive garment is now a cleaning tag. Combine all of this with a very good price, and you have a perfect dry cleaner. I will return.

Ive been using express dry cleaners for years and have always been extremely pleased. They are prompt and Im always greeted with a smile. Shirts and pants are always pressed nicely (right along the same press line) and no wrinkled shirt cuffs and most importantly they use earth friendly detergents of high quality that will make your clothes smell nice and look like brand new. I moved to Georgia about 2 years ago. Ive never experienced a cleaners like Express Cleaners before. The hours they are open/closed are convenient. The customer service that you are provide is Top Class service.
