If I had read the reviews on this place, it would have saved me a lot of heartache and my favorite coat. Customers beware! These people are dishonest and incompetent. I took a coat to them recently since my usual cleaner cannot handle items with leather elements (mine has leather toggles). There were several warning signs where I shouldve backed out - from the state of their building and waiting area to the fact that it was $40.00 to clean a hip length wool coat -- my usual place does coats for about $7.00. But, stupidly, I left my item there. A week later when I go for pick up, the wife of the owner tells me that my coat has not been cleaned yet, even though I was there over a day after it was set to be ready. I got a bad feeling about them so I asked to take my coat with me and get a refund on the cleaning. After nervously speaking with her husband on the phone in another language, she eventually disappears and comes back with part of my coat which has been terribly damaged. I have no idea how they messed up so bad but its unwearable. The leather toggles and bases to them were all but destroyed. Eventually she was able to locate the other part of my coat as well which luckily they didnt seem to have touched. Long story short, after about an hour of back and forth with husband and wife, they eventually refunded my cleaning bill and drew up a handwritten document promising to reimburse me for the purchase of my coat provided I could produce my receipt, which thanks to the company I purchased the coat from, I did. Several days and several emails with photos of the receipt and document the cleaners wrote later, I have not had any luck with them. They havent responded and put me off when I go in person to check the status of my reimbursement. I was even given a false email address when I called wondering why they hadnt responded to my emails. What gets me is not the fact they messed up -- that happens! Its the fact they lied about everything from start to finish. Had they called as soon as they destroyed the toggles on my coat and offered to fix the problem, I wouldve understood. But they lied to my face about it when I went in for pick up. Or if they had reimbursed me as promised, I wouldve understood. But I have met their request with providing my receipt and they have failed to uphold their end of the bargain. Basically, online reviews dont lie - I wish I had read them beforehand, these people are for real shady and I would not encourage anyone to support this business.

Ive done business with Vogue Cleaners since 1991 and found it extremely professional and honest. If a stain could not come out Vogue would include a note on the hangar stating so. When ownership changed I was leery but decided I would give it a try. I was not leery and have not been disappointed. Clothing is available on time. When clothes are brought in with specific stained areas a "sticky note" with the word "stain" is placed on each area. Be sure and point that out so that extra attention can be provided. Staff is very friendly and is available just to chat with if business is slow. I used to live just down the street from Vogue but have since moved to the southeast side of town. I still patronize Vogue and will continue to do so. Ive used others but theyve been pick-up places where the cleaning is not done on the property. Vogue does most of its work on-property (except leather and suede). I dont know about other items such as wedding dresses because I never used it for that. As already mentioned, Vogue also has an alteration service. I cant say anything about that because Ive never used it; however, there is a great deal of clothing in that area so it must be doing something good! Vogue takes major credit cards and debit cards. It also helps that Vogue is next to Tomato Land (a fresh fruit and vegetable seller) so two chores can be taken care of at once.

I went with this location as it is the only cleaner I could find in town who works on fur. A very unfortunate accident (at a very fun party) resulted in a mixed drink being spilled on a fur stole. Time is of the essence with most stains--especially fur--and being a weekend party, I didnt get it take it in until Tuesday. When I went to collect the piece eight days later, it took 20 minutes for the item to come out of the back, and he advised to hang and let it dry... as if the treatment had only just been applied. It was wet, and had a very chemically smell. I did hang it out for several days, and now, weeks later, the spots are still tacky--I imagine from having the stain set for over a week. I feel I could have had better results watching YouTube videos and treating the piece myself at home. Otherwise, the location was not very tidy, furniture and miscellaneous items were strewn across the front customer area. The owners were kind enough, but I couldnt tell that they were so busy they couldnt clean my item until I showed up to collect it.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CLEANERS, BUSINESS OWNERS AND COMPANY ALL TOGETHER!!! This place is awful!!! i went because it was near my house and tally magazine rated they are HORRIBLE! They ruined my brandnew Cole Couture Shirt. The shirt was a little smelly from wearing it at an outside event but it had been worn only once for maybe 3-4hour, so i thought i would just get in cleaned up and smelling fresh. The shirt went to them spotless!! when it was picked up in had stains ALL over, and crusty stuff on the insides of flaps and the shirt from the cleaning supplies! they would NOT REFUND THE CLEANING FREE OR THE COST OF THE EXPENSIVE SHIRT!! They were rude laughed and said it was my fault!! They also pinned the shirt to a hanger, the shirt was silk and the pins pulled and messed up the fabric in the back which was 100% THEIR FAULT!! I will be taking them to small claims court! DO NOT USE!!

I was assured that stains could be removed from some curtains I took in. After retreving them ,I looked them over I saw the stains were still there. I took them back, they said they have to "soak" them. I returned five days later ,when they said they would be done, and was told they would be done by they following day. I went again ,they said they could not remove all the stains,I saw no difference, stains still there. No apoligy,no offer of fee returned ,just shrugged his shoulders and begain having trouble understaing English (he is Indian, I think ,with selective English) . I discard the curtains and will never return. Richard Garrett Post script: I dont even want to give them one star.

After reading the good reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I brought several pieces and even had them hem up a couple pairs of pants. Well, when I got home I found this white sticky residue all over my clothes. It was only in the inside of the clothes so I didnt know about it until I got home. Also, the pants were hemmed to the correct length, but it looked like whoever did it was blind and drunk. The stitching was sooooo incredibly badly done. I will never go here again.
