Below average. Twice I have had to return back to pick up the second part of my order because they sometime create two different tickets (based on the material of your clothes) and forget to give you the second. Hours are not helpful on weekends either. Some of the top buttons on my shirts have been returned to me cracked or semi-melted but they have agreed to replace them. Hours are not convenient-closed Sundays and only open until 2pm Saturday.

IF YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND YOUR CLOTHING TO BE NOT CLEANED, NOT STARCHED, NOT PRESSED, WRINKLED AS ALL HELL, COME HERE! ONE OF THE WORST DRYCLEANING EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!

I wished I read the reviews first. I took three suits and two shirts to be cleaned and pressed. All three suits came back with winkles than before and the two shirts were discolored.
