This is my favorite local dry cleaners and I had tried several when I first moved to Decatur. The staff has always been friendly and we know each other by first names now. Ive never had any issues with items being unclean when returned and if any buttons were eaten by the machines, they have willingly replaced them or the cost of the buttons. As a pet owner I take my area rugs here and they are well sanitized and clean when returned. They only take cash or check and make that known up front which keeps their pricing reasonable and equal to other local services. Every business may have an off day. I have not experienced anything beyond reason to complain about and they run a professional service.

The lady and her son who used to run this store most of the time were both very friendly. Whoever the other lady is who takes over most of the time now is terribly unfriendly! When I asked if a button could be replaced because it broke while being drycleaned, she said that sometimes the machines break buttons. She said that this happens now and then, and shell replace it this once but it wasnt her responsibility to do so. This woman need to be let go terribly! I used to love going to this drycleaners! I felt some sort of loyalty to the woman and her son because I saw the store as a family business. But I really dont like dealing with this other woman!

I have used this location twice and both times experienced professional service. I had items dry cleaned and a pair of pants altered. The drive through alcove is very convenient when you have small children.
