Needed a my jacket dry cleaned. Found this place. They took my ONE item , told me when it would be done, and they told me that I can pay for it when its ready. (I did not ask for a price, was not thinking it should be much). It was done when they stated it would be done (Very good, 2 stars). Customer service was nice (1 star). Then she told me $10+. I was flabbergasted ( -3 Stars). I asked why it was so high then they brought it down by $1. Feel like they make up their prices. There is no book or anything regarding their prices, I asked. In sum, highly expensive for 1 item.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is ridiculously overpriced. They charged me $5 to dry clean each shirt, $5.50 per pant, and $11.50 for each of my girlfriends dresses. But wait, they have the option to do a regular wash for the shirts for $2 each as well. Wow what a deal... Every other dry cleaner Ive been to in my life is cheaper than that and the whole point of going to the dry cleaner is to get your clothes DRY CLEANED. My mind is blown.

My experience with Joinus Cleaners was easily the "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE ENCOUNTERED TO DATE". Not only is their dry cleaning service MEDIOCRE, theyre overpriced... and even worse than that, they LOSE the clothes you pay them to clean. Dont make the same MISTAKE I made.

Wonderful service! Friendly staff and owners! I have had nothing but positive experiences there. My clothes are well taken care of and any alterations done have been precise. Prices are reasonable also!
