I have been a faithful Baryames customer for over 8 years. Im very satisfied with the quality of their dry cleaning and laundry service. If Ive ever had an issue they have always made it right. Morning shift employee Karen ALWAYS provides excellent customer service! She presents herself in a very professional manner with a positive attitude. Karen is a keeper!

Do NOT expect same day service. My only complaint is the fact that items dropped off in the morning are, more often than not, unavailable after 5 as stated. Happened to me yet again today, they werent ready until 20 minutes before the store closed. As long as same day service is not a deal-breaker, this is a fine place.

Ive used Baryames in Mason a few times. The staff are friendly, prices are competitive, and it is in a convenient location. With limited dry cleaning options in the area, its nice to have a decent dry cleaner in Mason.
