Have used many different cleaners over the years from Stone Mountain to Decatur. Old "military" and am a starch and crease guy. Was using another Decatur cleaner and then it was sold and was not pleased with attitude and communications with new folks. So tried Pinckard which has been a staple in Decatur for decades. Nice clean and quick service. The ladies there are so helpful and advise me on any stains or tears or issues so I can make decision. Several times items (including cash) were politely returned in an envelope when my cleaning was picked up. They also do some alterations and buttons, seams etc which save me time and they do a great job. Great location and very cordial and helpful staff. They learn your name quickly and usually stay a step ahead of my thoughts or needs. I am a business owner with nice clothes and I trust them implicitly. Recently started sending texts when clothes are ready-- another nice touch never had before. Highly recommend. Rick - Decatur

This place has usually done a decent enough job of cleaning my clothes, but are incredibly rude. Im done using them. I called today and asked what time they were going to close today and was told 6pm. I arrived a little before 6 and the door was already locked. I knocked and the woman let me in, but not before lecturing me on showing up so close to closing time. Then she acted annoyed when I wanted to pay by credit card. Ridiculous. This is terrible customer service. Im not going to be lectured for showing up WHILE THE PLACE IS STILL SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. Time to find another cleaner.

I took two of my girlfriends $80 pants here to get dry cleaned. They didnt ruin them or anything like that, but they failed to give me a ticket - or ask for a ticket on my return, so I am to assume that they do not give tickets when you drop off your clothing. This wasnt such a big deal until I returned and they mysteriously misplaced $160 worth of clothing. The lady who was running the store at the time went through the receipts for about 10 minutes, and then told me she would call me without even a mention of reimbursement. Bottom line: Dont go here.

the service was nice, but the stains stayed. Too bad, i would have like to used them again as they are close to town and again, the ladies were very nice!
