Beware of this dry cleaner. I had a very expensive sweater destroyed and was simply told we followed the directions on the tag. The sweater had previously been dry cleaned with no issues. The owner took no responsibility, was quite rude and offered no explanation other than "we followed the directions." The owner didnt even offer any discounts for future cleaning. Not even $2.99 for one piece. The customer service is horrible.

Great hole-in-the-wall place! Friendliness with customers is hit or miss...but that is not what I go there for. Whenever I am in town, I usually stop by to drop off my dry cleaning. I mean, same day pick-up?? FOR THAT PRICE! What a deal! That better than literally anywhere else. Just make sure you drop it off early before 10am and theyll have it done by 4pm. Open 7am-7pm everyday less Sundays, when theyre closed.

This place sucks. The quality is more than horrible! They dont know what theyre doing! Never come to this place its baaaaaddddd! If I was able to rate them Ill give them a negative number. They dont even answer the phone! I have been calling for over 15min. People dont take your clothes there, this people dont have any idea what theyre doing. THE MOST MIDEOCRE JOB EVER!

I been dealing with them for years,with all types of clothing and Ive never had a problem. Even though I expected one because of price. Great customer service, I guess because, I have a great big how you doing today smile on my face when I go in. Sorry for those whom had a bad experience. Give them another chance

This place is inexpensive, but customer service sucks! I stopped by a little early to pick up my shirts and saw them completed bagged and spinning around the carousel, however even though they require everyone to pre-pay, they were not willing to hand me my shirts until after 4. Utterly Ridiculous!!!

Terrible customer service, even from the manager. I go time after time and ask for bottom to not be creased. 98% of the time, even after labeling, something is creased. Got fed up with it and asked to speak to the manager who suggested "maybe you should go somewhere else."
