My husband and I had used these cleaners for years. Recent management change I guess. Where do I start? Lost clothing. Called, had to call 3x. Kept making me repeat description then immediatly said they couldnt find it. Gave me fake name. Hung up on me and took phone off the hook so I couldnt call back. Had child answer phone. Last pickup our pants were wrinkled, not cleaned. Always was more expensive but up till recently service was okay.

Reasonable prices and convenient drive thru however the owner never spoke a word to me and was not personable at all. I tried to ask some questions and explain I needed an alteration and cleaning and she just grabbed my stuff and didnt say anything in response. Everything was done that I asked but I felt customer service could be better.

They didnt shave my wool sweater that only cleaned it. The manager said that she did not save it because they could not find the shaver? This is the same workmanship as the prior owner.
