My daughter took her new sundress she purchased for college (that had a noticeable stain on it) to Esquire Cleaners. They returned it to her "cleaned" with the same stain on it. After speaking to them, she was told that they would clean it again free of charge and remove the stain, but it wouldnt be ready until two days later (after she would have left for college). They told her that if she took it somewhere else, maybe they could have it ready on time for her, and that she would have to pay for it to be cleaned twice! TERRIBLE customer service!! Will not be returning!

Pat is amazing! It is nice to be greeted by my first name when I pull up. They do excellent work, they got a stain out of my husbands new shirt that I couldnt!! When needed they can do same day service (like today)! Esquire also has a wonderful skilled seamstress. We have been going here for 8 years. They have coupons that I leave in the name tag and are honored each time I drop my cleaning off.
