I have been using First Class Cleaners since they opened their doors for business. I have used them for alterations (from jeans to a tux) and found them excellent in terms of quality of alterations, timing and pricing. From a cleaners perspective, consistently excellent! If I leave something in a pocket, it comes back in an envelope. If there is a stain on a shirt, they see it and let me know before attempting to clean it. If they find a tear / rip in clothes they offer to repair it or show it to me and ask if I really want it cleaned. On a couple occaisions a brand new shirt came back with all the colors running. They showed me how it was a manufacturing defect, not caused by them. I got a replacement shirt and the same thing happened - the shirt company finally admitted to a bad batch of shirts. These people are friendly, incredibly service minded and will bend over backwards to help you out.

Ive used First Class Cleaners for several years and remain very satisfied with their service. I regularly wear white dress shirts for long hours at work, which tends to make the shirts very dirty and sometimes stained with food and other substances. First Class Cleaners always returns my dirty and stained white dress shirts clean and well pressed ready for another day at the office! Ive never had an article lost or destroyed by First Class Cleaners which is more than I can say for other cleaners used in the past. The staff is always friendly and greets me with a smile. I highly recommend First Class Cleaners for laundry and dry cleaning.

$$$$ not competitive. Charged me double for dress shirts because it was xxl. Double!? 4.00 ea. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

I got my suit jacket altered and the staff was very courteous. It was finished quickly and is now the best fitting jacket I own.
