I dropped off 4 brand new linen curtain panels to get pressed and get the lines out @ $9 per panel. When I picked them up they looked exactly the same as when I dropped them off prompting me to ask them if there had been a mistake because they looked as if nothing had been done. The response I received was,"well we do not have a big enough press for that." Then suggested I go home and iron them multiple times to get the lines out! I was charged the $36.00 "because they still did the work" even though ZERO results were attained. Customer Service NON EXISTENT! After the first one got no results they should have at least called me for feedback. I feel completely RIPPED OFF and them as there are many other options within the area!

They also have a wonderful service that fixes the worn out heels of your old shoes! Ive saved many an old pair with them and highly recommend their service. The Dunwoody Cleaners uses a certified Organic dry cleaning process! The previous owner invented the process himself, and had the machine made to his specifications in Germany! I only go here to keep the toxic and carcinogenic dry cleaning chemicals out of my house and away from my family! They also are know as miracle cleaners for a very good reason. If your stain cant be cleaned, theyll tell you up front, but theyll try anyways if you ask them to! Super friendly service!

Great place. They truly appreciate their customers. Everything is always pressed perfectly, which isnt the norm at cleaners anymore Ive noticed. If they notice a missing fastener or hook, they replace it.

Horrible place .. They do not clean your clothes they just put creases in them.. Creased my nice jeans which I didnt want .. All my brand new shirts are now faded horrible place!
