Lost my favorite Sid Mashburn shorts but wont accept responsibility. Those shorts arent made anymore and cost $150. They act like its just a cheap pair of shorts. I used to really enjoy this place but not anymore. Update: I decided to give this place one more chance and the owner actually asked me to remove my review of her store! I had been coming for 3 years and they would launder and press all my items. Each item was about $1.85. Ever since January all clothing that use to cost $1.85 can no longer be laundered or pressed. Every item has to be dry cleaned or hand press for $4.65. Even the shirts with plastic buttons are $ 4.65 now? I understand for shirts with MOP or Trocas Shell buttons but come on! I bought a $9 shirt and brought it in. They claimed the shirt was "too nice" for anything but hand press. Im not sure whats going on but at this place is very shady. Oh yeah they still wont fix the issue of losing my shorts.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I didnt want to put money into a alteration job. So seamstress said she would do what she could for $20.00, then I can look at it. We were willing to put that into the garment, but if it was going to be more, we would rather buy a new one. Went to pick it up and they charged $75.00. When I tried to make my point of our agreement, their resolution was for me to pay $20.00 for them to do a "$20.00 job". As if I would leave my garment with them again. Never going back, would advise others to make sure you bring receipt and be cautious. Its all about customer service with me. They seemed to encourage me to tell everyone about my experience, "I dont care, tell them".... so I am.... IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD, FOR HOW RUDE THEY ARE!

After being a customer for at least 10 years, I can understand the occasional mistakes with the cleaning. And they had graciously addresses those mistakes in the past. The latest was the final straw. The young man running the store was not only rude, but deflected and put the issue back on me as if its my fault they messed up again. They completely destroyed linen pants we gave them to clean that had some stains that they not only made the stains worse to come through the underside to the outside, but got watersports all over the pants from their efforts AND insisted on payment for the pants they ruined. If thats the future leadership for these cleaners, Im going elsewhere and suggest you consider the same.

I have been a customer here for many years and my parents have been customers here since they opened nearly 20 years ago. This is a wonderful family owned business and most importantly they do excellent work. I have all my suits, shirts, and pants dry cleaned here on a semi-weekly basis. Everything always looks great! I have also had alterations done here, and they were fantastic! The staff is always friendly and professional: I have never had anything less than superlative service here. Mrs. Park is always so friendly and cheerful. I couldnt imagine taking my dry cleaning anywhere else.

Good cleaners if nothing goes wrong with the cleaning. I recently got my rug cleaned here and when I opened the package after it was cleaned the rug is much dirtier than when I brought it to them. When I spoke to the owner to try to come up with a compromise she just said they dont do the cleaning at their facility, they send it out, so there is nothing she can do about it. She will do nothing except call her lawyer, which is pretty funny since Im the one who has to throw away a $250 rug.....Good Business????????

I took my wedding dress to Professional Cleaners 2 weeks before my wedding to get pressed. When I picked up my dress, the entire top of the dress turned yellow. When I asked what happened, they completely denied that it was anything that they had done, taking no responsibility. Obviously, something went very wrong. I had to get the entire top of the dress redone in 2 days spending a ridiculous amount of money to do so. They didnt offer anything at all, not even to refund the expense of the pressing.

A fast and friendly dry cleaner. I have been going here for years and have never had a single issue that couldnt be resolved extremely quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Ive also had a number of suits that were meticulously measured and tailored for a perfect alteration the first time, every time. The owners daughter; Jessie, always greeted me with a warm smile and excellent service. I hope she returns some day to carry-on the legacy of a quality dry cleaners.

Why cant you choose zero stars for a rating is my question? My one and only visit with this family owned and operated business was one god awful experience that I will not ever forget. I was talked to and treated so poorly that a week later it still weighs heavy on my mind. Spare your self the bad day.

Very fast and reasonably priced. Love the drive up service. Been going here for a while and have had very consistent service. As with any cleaner, sometimes a button breaks- it happens, but the owner is very customer focused. I will continue to go here.

Great fast work! Brought three shirts that had wrinkles all around the collar in, and I was amazed by the quality they were returned to me. They looked like new, and will be bringing some more shirts in for them to straighten up.

Worst experience. Shirts came back wrinkled, smelling bad, lost my pants, shirts not starched correctly, buttons were not replaced like asked. Drive thru line took 10 minutes to get clothes. Never returning
