Rude and unprofessional service. Stay away! I ve dropped my skirt for cleaning and estimated for 16 bucks for cleaning. After 10days came to pick up my order. They said its not ready. The man who gonna clean it just picked up the skirt. And the order will be ready in 2 weeks more! However the estimate price for cleaning will be increased to 30$... I said sorry but I see it takes to long and too pricy , please return it and cancel my order. After 3 days I came again. Another assistant was not able to help because she had no idea about my order and my request. After a phone call with other operator they promiced me to bring back my item in 2 days. Ok, after 2 days I stoped by again. But what a bad surprise I ve got! They ve cleaned my skirt anyway and did not let me to pick up my order until I ll pay for my skirt 30$! I was trying to speak on the phone with manager to resolve the problem and reminded her - a week ago I ve canceled my order, why you proceeded with cleaning and now push me to pay for the order wich was not confirmed by the customer? But she just hunged out the phone! Such a rip off. So I ve lost my skirt in this fricking cleaning office because they did not allow me to take it out. :///

Tide Cleaners franchisees in Roswell and Alpharetta dont care about customer service. Late cleaning, delayed cleaning, excuses, failed promises, shifting blame, failure to provide promised credits, poor training, customer last attitude. Do yourself a favor avoid Tide Cleaners. These franchise locations dont put a high price on customer service. To make it worse I found out they supposedly replace broken buttons. Apparently everyone but mine. #customerfail #TideCleaners

I received a coupon for 50% off my first order. It dropped off three shirts and a sweater. The prices were posted on the wall. When I picked up, I was in a hurry and didnt remember that I had presented the coupon when I dropped my cleaning off. They charged me full price. If they cant honor something as simple as a coupon, I wont go back. Ill return to the cleaners weve used for over 20yrs in the shopping center across the street near Publix and Starbucks. Made huge mistake not getting a price quote to launder 3 sheets. Big mistake. They charged me $60.00 for 3 sheets. Thats flat ironing folks. Nothing difficult. Called neighboring laundry and was quoted $31.00 for set of two sheets and two pillowcases. After talking to manager best they would do is give 20% off. Ill never do business with them.

Terrible experience. First off its like $8 per item which seems high and all I wanted was my buttons to be sowed on. A week later of wearing my pants, the buttons came off again.....now I have to learn to sow myself :-(. And by the way, they couldnt remove any stains either.

Ruined a silk blouse (ironed it and it shrunk drastically to the point I no longer fit in what was a giant, flowy blouse). No problems with other clothes that were in the same bunch but I wouldnt trust them with expensive fabrics.

Very expensive and hired help has really bad math. Overcharged every time that Ive used and badly understaffed. Heres the positive.. does an outstanding job cleaning clothes. Recommend avoiding until new management takes over...
