Poor service!! This place closes at "5:00pm" on Saturdays. I arrive arrive a few minutes before 5 and the OPEN sign is still on. Work/Owner does not immediately comes out but you can clearly see her in the store. She motions that they are closed but she opens the door anyway and says they are closed, it is after 5. She points to her clock which of course is fast. I point to my phone whose time is set by the cell phone system and it is exactly 5. By the way I had been sitting outside for the last 3-4 minutes. She huffs and puffs and gets my clothes. Let her know I will not be back and she says its my choice. She is a very vile woman with no sense of customer service. Many other cleaners in the area and I should have left a long time ago because the quality of cleaning at best is slightly below average.

Cleaners did not return belt with jacket that was dry cleaned. Upon telling cleaners, they laughed and mocked. After haggling, the cleaners stated they would deliver belt to house next day and return the money for the dry cleaning of the jacket. The next day they did neither. Now two days later, I go back to the cleaners and arrive at the time the store states it opens, 9 AM, but no one showed up until well after 9:30. The dry cleaning person hemmed and hawed and completely lied. Her story went from delivery of belt and return of money (four dollars; it’s the principal not the amount) to well, ‘I was going to mail it to you’ and ‘I can only give you store credit’. I will never use this cleaners again as in my limited experience, they were careless, unprofessional and dishonest.

Unfortunately Im not able to recommend. The good part is that they have a drive-thru but thats all the good I can say after multiple experiences. And mama always said if you cant say something nice dont say anything at all...
