Went to print 12 single sided color copies to make birthday invitations. Spent $5 to print out copies from my thumb drive so I could print 2 copies per page and save paper. Then waited 45 minutes to get through the wait for a machine. When I printed my first copy, the color was way off and the printing had streaks throughout the copy. Was told by the asst manager to leave them with him and he would copy them for me. He took the files off my thumbdrive and told me it would be 4 hrs until the 12 sheets were done and would cost $1.24 per sheet instead of $0.20 each. I sent my husband to pick them up 5 hours later and not only were they not done.. he had to wait 45 min more for them to be done... but the asst manager tried to charge my husband $52.00 for the copies!!! When I tried to talk to the asst manager on the phone he got short with me and my husband ended up leaving and I went back to the store to try and resolve this as I needed my copies. I was told that there was a set up fee to pull from my file (I had a printed copy already and was told he didnt need it), that they charged me to cut each copy (never mentioned and I didnt want this done) and when I tried to talk to him, he told me he could reprint them for me without the cutting charge but it would take him 2 more hours!!! He kept saying this was "full service printing" but I was never told this, I was just told he would make the copies since his printer was messing up. When I turned to leave empty handed, I said I would talk to the manager tomorrow and wouldnt be shopping there again and was told "Good, we dont want you back". Why this would be said to me when I hadnt done anything but ask for an explanation on why I wasnt able to get my copies and was looking for an acceptable resolution. Needless to say, I will be contacting customer service and wont be shopping there again. The UPS store on Grayson Hwy in the Kroger shopping center has Amazing customer service and I would never expect to be treated like that.

I came to this location to make copies of a form I needed to complete an assignment. I walked in and chose the closest copier to the entrance that was self serve. There was only one other customer and an employee. The employee seemed to be behind the shipping counter vacuuming so Im unsure whether or not she saw or heard me enter the location. The other customer was asking for assistance with a fax machine but rather than come over and help, the employee simply shouted out the directions from across the store. At this point Ive been at the copier for about five minutes and she still hadnt greeted me. A few minutes go by as Im waiting for the copier to login in to my Google Drive, which by the way took 10 minutes and then the machine essentially timed out, and still no acknowledgement. By this time shes done vacuuming and moved on to cleaning the doors. The other customer is still struggling and the employee begins to sound a bit annoyed by the customers lack of knowledge about fax machines. The employee finishes with the customer and walks right past me to get to the door about 3 feet behind me. Still no greeting. The other customer leaves and the employee just finishes her windows and retreats behind the counter. I understand fully that I was using the self service machine however Im sure shes trained to greet all customers just in case they need something or even as a safety measure considering its 10 pm and shes seemingly alone. Hopefully someone of authority will read this and brush up on her training to ensure positive interactions for future customers.

Came to warn people about this Fed Ex, was shocked to find several others had bad experiences, one two weeks ago up to at least a year ago. Wanted to ship something, it was already labeled and just needed to be handed to a person, came in and there were two lines, I just went and stood behind someone not knowing the difference, There were 2 employees casually walking around almost aimlessly. A Caucasian female employee came and walked right near me behind the counter to do something, didnt acknowledge me or the other customer there and went to the back area again, same with an African American male employee shortly before.... By this point several more people were waiting. The guy finally came and looked at me with no greeting, smile, sorry for the wait or acting like he was in any hurry at all to help anyone. With no sort of care in the world "You shipping that?" Me: Yes sir, its all labeled and ready to go!" *he reaches out his hand to take it. "You need a receipt?" Me: No thanks. Then he turns to "help" the next person. Avoid this location like the plague. It is downright awful. I dont ever go online to rate stuff good or bad so that should tell you how lousy this experience was to make me do it.

When searching for a FedEx location to drop off a package, I couldnt help but notice the reviews being low and negative. I read a few which stated low service performance. I guess I tried to do what anyone else would do and try to find another location but there werent one near by. So I proceeded to this location. I already had my item packaged up with a printed out shipping label. I was set ready to go. Many reviews stated that no one would greet them for a very long time. That they would stand in line and wait and wait with no help at all. But when i walked in... Immediately I was welcomed. Asked how my day was and that someone would help me in a moment. Seconds later a woman walked up and looked at my package and said "Ill take care of that for you right now". She printed out a receipt and thanked me for my business. It was a very smooth process and I was in and out the door in the time it would take you to hold your breath. Dont read into negative reviews. You cant please everybody. GOOD JOB FEDEX!!

Will never again go back to this place. They informed me that every card in my wallet was "declined" and told me that my wallet must have been demagnetized. I told them that was impossible. The total was $55, and I had to leave and drive to an ATM. I dont carry cash, so I pulled out $60. When I returned 10 minutes later, the total had changed to $80 because they forgot to charge me for boxes... UNBELIEVABLE! I told them, I only had $60 and asked them to try the card I just used at the ATM. Again their machine didnt work. I had to drive BACK to the ATM a second time, just to get more cash. They treated me like it was my fault that their credit card machines werent working. Obviously, it was their machine, because the card worked fine at the ATM. Complete idiots and horrible customer service.

I am the store manager of a corporate owned company, and we get our customer-facing holiday hours printed through FedEx. They misprinted the times, so I went to the store after placing the replacement correction. The gentleman that helped me was very nice, but confused. He brought over Michelle, the supervisor, to assist. Instead of assisting, she caught a very unprofessional, nasty attitude, immediately accused me of blaming her. I restated that I was simply completing a corrected exchange pickup, it should be no cost. After berating me, she said "you know what, keep the $8, you can leave," and then practically threw the merchandise at me, while everyone in the store watched. Awful service and rude, unprofessional employees--Take your business to another location!
